With over 300 stores, this shopping centre is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. It also features a cinema complex, numerous restaurants and cafes, and an outdoor food court.

3. The Joondalup Train Station is a major transport hub, providing easy access to the Perth CBD and other areas in the region. In addition, the Mitchell Freeway runs nearby, offering convenient road access to Perth and other parts of Western Australia.

4. The Joondalup area is known for its stunning beaches, such as Mullaloo Beach and Ocean Reef Beach. These sandy stretches are perfect for swimming, surfing, and relaxing in the sun.
